Imported from Europe as a six year-old by Redfield Farm in 2001, GG Valentine was named for her owner Barbara Kearney's grandmother, Gramma Gail, who was born on Valentine's Day. Under the training of Susie Schoellkopf and Jennifer Alfano of SBS Farms, GG started her dream career with an unbelievable winning streak in the First Year Green Working Hunters where she won championships at Devon, Washington International and the National, which earned her USEF National First Year Green Horse of the Year Honors. From there until her retirement at Devon in 2007, GG won major championships at all the top shows.
